Those tracks look the wrong way. Shouldn't the side bars be "collecting" instead of facilitating the flow?

Both of the Bobcats we have at work are completely junk. They're always blowing seals on the hydraulic cylinders, always blowing lines constantly, the one jumpsband skips really bad when you turn in it and the belt always squeaks in the one when you start it up. Not only that but they have no power at all and cant push anything. They're completely junk always working on them more than they run.

Why is there a concrete floor under 2 feet of dirt with trees growing on top?. What was there before and how long ago was it?. Thats alot of dirt to accumulate and then have a forest grow on top. WTF.

Do you have a stump grinder attachment for the skidsteer? I think that would be a cool video to watch...

What engine does that Bobcat have in it? It sounds just like the 3 cylinder Yanmar that is in my dads John Deere.
Dean Farmer

If anything, either John Deere or Caterpillar. I mean, Bobcat is a good brand, but honestly, after seeing how much work Andrew has to put into this T300 loader, I am starting to think that Bobcat isn't as good as I thought it was.

It looks to me you're getting way more roots outta the ground with that StumpHumper than you would using a backhoe Andrew.
They came out in one huge circle then off came the dirt ready to be burnt or mulched.
Those other tracks were meant for warehouse or pad work.
Not construction muddin' like the majority of your work is.

Hi Andrew. First of all the quality of your videos deserves only praise and nothing else! The 4k video on my new 4k monitor looks very sharp and clean. Your camera(s?) are very good. As far as I understand you are using 1 stationary camera and at least one drone camera.
Idea: have you considered buying a 3d printer? You often have to fix stuff that has plastic parts. Usually, you just throw them away. With a 3d printer, you could replace them with printed plastic parts. As far as I read open-source 3d printers are quite cheap. This could be an interesting turn for your channel after you have completed the roof.

I don’t know why he says don’t buy Bobcat I’ve owned them and the construction company ran them well of 16k hours never had a crack like that the only time I’ve seen that is major abuse /rental equipment or when the tracks were ran way too long and we’re not cared for course what do you expect when the guy puts sheet metal screws in his truck looks like he goes the cheap route lol

You need to get the rear tires of the tractor filled with Rainguard beet juice in order to maximize the lifting capacity of the loader and other attachments on the tractor. It will add greater stability to the tractor and make it safer to drive. The beet juice acts as a counter balance.

Andrew, great new attachment.
It makes me think of a snake head.
Maybe the "fangs" would be more effective if they were more piercing, to penetrate the bundle of roots and break out the dirt. Fangs that were stronger and without the "webbing" between them, to allow the penetration of the fangs and break loose the dirt from the roots.
In my mind, I can see you modifying the attachment.
I can envision it attached to a different type of vehicle and you flipping stumps like flapjacks. LOL

Love the self tappers. Lol. The poorly designed nipples in the bottom of my scrap yard free tiller started to leak like a sieve today. I stopped, looked at my lathe, looked at my selection of fittings, then thought what would AC do? , and proceeded to epoxy the heck out of them. Sometimes you just have to get er done so to speak.

Andrew, really enjoy your videos, and learning a lot. I have a property that I'm currently working on in California (clearing and so on) with hand tools (trimmers, chain saw) and am looking at getting some equipment now. I never see you using the wheeled skid steers, only track loaders. Can you give me any insights on this? I think the tracks will be more stable (all my work will be on dirt or gravel), but the wheels are cheaper and simpler.

Second time round you make it look so easy. Back in the day, when they were clearing those forests for the first time they had picks and shovels, maybe chains, horses and oxen. And I guess fire?
Thanks Andrew.
